Rural Reflections Summit
March 19th and 20th four of us from Northport attended the Rural Reflections Summit. We presented two workshops one on communication and the other on Partnerships.Both were well received. We also attended a workshop on the Futures Game which showed us how the decisions we made for our ficticious town effected on our town for 30 years down the road. We also attended a workshop on Tourism and how to attract visitors to our town. We are looking forward to hosting a Futures Game in our Town or County in the near future.

CCC Open House
We have been open for two days now. First day we were open in the evening and had about 10 users. Tuesday we were open from noon till 7 p.m. I was there until 3:40 and we had only had about five users until 3:10 and then the place started hopping with students from school. They were a very energetic crowd. Today we are open from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Excited to see what today brings.  Posted on Wed Mar 03 2010 by Sandi E.
